Eden Hall

A renovated brick factory updated with fine art and historic touches, this venue offers blues, jazz and folk music by the West’s finest players. Several times a year, theatrical productions also grace the stage from “The Wizard of Oz” to “Sound of Music”.

Galleries and Museums

To exercise your mind, visit the North Lincoln County Historical Museum, 4907 SW Highway 101 in the Taft district of Lincoln City. Learn how the community developed and how the Native Americans and white settlers lived many years ago. The archive houses an exhibit dedicated to the city’s eponymous President Abraham Lincoln, as well as a rotation of special showings dedicated to other eras in the region’s history. You can wander through our many artist galleries and pick up a destinctive gift for someone special (perhaps yourself). Another stop on the Lincoln City Gallery and Museum tour is the Lincoln City Cultural Center. The Center was developed to enrich the community through art and culture. Movies

LCMovies Enjoy a little Hollywood at the historic Bijou Theatre, in the Oceanlake neighborhood. First run movies show nightly, with weekend matinees and festivals; there are even special smoking and crying rooms.

Music and Concerts

Other local talent includes the Lincoln Pops Orchestra, with 16 talented members who play swing tunes on the third Tuesday of each month at the Gleneden Beach community Center. They specialize in music from the Big Band era, perfect for cheek-to-cheek dancing. In the choral arena, the Lincoln Community Chorus offers popular and classical numbers in concerts all year round.

Nightlife

Life doesn’t slow down after the spectacular ocean sunset. Dance the night away to the pounding beat or hum your way through an oldies concert, sing along to karaoke, take in a movie or play.

Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum

Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, located in McMinnville, OR, less than an hour east of Lincoln City, is home to Howard Hughes’ Spruce Goose and the Blackbird SR-71. You can also visit their Wings & Waves Waterpark – an indoor aquatic park.
